A calm, engineering led approach to renewable heating. Clear surveys, clean installs and long-term aftercare you can be proud of
We’re a renewable heating business built around technical standards and long-term outcomes. We focus on correct design, clean installation and proper commissioning with aftercare that stays available.
Wellington Wallace Renewables was founded to solve a problem we saw again and again:
Systems that should work well, but don’t. The business is led by a former Stiebel Eltron Service Manager, responsible for building and running the manufacturer’s UK service department. That role meant designing systems, diagnosing faults, supporting installers, dealing with warranty issues, and seeing first-hand why many systems fail to deliver on comfort and efficiency.
After years at manufacturer level, the goal became clear:
To bring that same standard of technical diagnosis, repair and long-term care directly to homeowners, landlords and developers.
Today, Wellington Wallace Renewables works across domestic and commercial settings, fixing, optimising and maintaining systems so they are comfortable, reliable and economic to run.
We install systems as if another engineer will inspect every detail. Pipework, insulation, brackets and wiring are laid out cleanly and logically, so you can open a cupboard or plant room and immediately see that it’s been done properly.
A good system shouldn’t need constant fiddling. We set controls up around how you actually live, then walk you through them in plain English so you know which buttons to use, which screens to ignore and how to get stable comfort without fighting the system.
Every job is backed up with clear records: key settings, test results and what we’ve changed or repaired. That means manufacturers, housing associations and future engineers can see exactly what’s been done, instead of guessing from a half-filled job sheet.
If your property isn’t right for a heat pump, or a repair isn’t good value, we’ll say so. We would rather lose a job than fit a system we don’t believe in. You’ll always get a straight view of the options, trade offs and likely outcomes before you spend money.
Our background is manufacturer technical support and field service, so we approach faults methodically. We use data, symptoms and design checks to find the real cause of a problem, instead of swapping parts at random and hoping for the best.
We treat every property as if we’re going to live with the system ourselves. That means clear arrival windows, careful protection of finishes, tidy pipe runs and a proper clean down at the end of the job, plus photo evidence of what’s been done.
Heat pumps and MVHR are long-life systems, so we design and commission them with future servicing in mind. Valves, filters and components are positioned so they can actually be worked on, and our settings are chosen to protect efficiency and reliability over many winters.
