A home that works for you quietly, in the background.

Of course you get a single app and voice control. But a properly designed and integrated system runs far deeper than that and it’s an investment that pays back over the life of the home.

Increase property value

Considered, professionally integrated control puts a home beyond the norm a quality buyers notice, and a system that adapts without invasive rewiring later.

Simplicity & style

One button recalls a whole lighting scene; the same elegant keypad can handle blinds, ventilation and temperature fewer controllers cluttering the wall, in finishes that suit the room.

Greater comfort

Each room held at exactly the right temperature, light and ventilation bedrooms cooling and blinds lowering as evening draws in, all without you lifting a finger.

Energy efficiency

Accurate room-by-room heating, smart use of solar gain and shading, and energy monitoring that shifts heavy loads to the cheapest times savings that compound year after year.

Future-ready & versatile

Built on open standards, the system is easy to extend and reconfigure for years it evolves with the home rather than going out of date.

One open standard.
Every system in sync.

KNX is the worldwide standard for home and building control. Lighting, heating, blinds, ventilation, security, audio and energy all speak the same language over a single bus cable regardless of who made each component. With 500+ manufacturers building certified products, you’re never locked to one supplier, and adding to the system means minimally invasive work.

500+ manufacturers

1 bus cable

30+ years proven

Vendor independent

Thousands of certified products from hundreds of manufacturers, all interoperable on one bus.

Future proof

An open, decades proven standard you can extend and reconfigure for years not a closed app that’s obsolete in three

Genuinely efficient

Co-ordinated lighting, heating and shading means the home only uses energy where and when it’s actually needed.

A calm, measured route from drawing to handover.

The same manufacturer level discipline we bring to heat pumps and MVHR, applied to your electrical and control system.

STEP 01

Discovery

A time to listen. We learn how you live and shape your vision into a clear specification, with an indication of budget.

STEP 02

Design

We add granular detail with you and your architect, then produce the drawings, schedules and instructions your contractors need.

STEP 03

Supply & Configure

While the electricians run cable on site, panels are pre-built, programmed and bench tested in the calm of the workshop.

STEP 04

Commissioning

Switches, touchscreens and sensitive parts are fitted with care, then everything is tested room by room until it behaves perfectly.

STEP 05

Completion

A walk-through handover and full O&M pack then ongoing support and servicing for the long term.

Configured off site. Commissioned with confidence.

Smart-home hardware is sourced, assembled and programmed in the calm of the workshop, not improvised in a half-built house. It arrives on site as a complete, tested system, ready to install.

Panels built, labelled and programmed before delivery

Bench-tested logic and scenes fewer surprises on sit

Cleaner installs and shorter, more predictable site timet

Documented configuration you can build on later

frequently asked questions

No. Because we design on the open KNX standard, the system is built to grow. We'll scope a sensible starting point with you and your architect, and you can extend lighting scenes, heating control or additional rooms later without ripping anything out.

Yes that's our advantage. As heat pump, MVHR and renewables specialists, we tie the control system into your wider home services so lighting, heating, ventilation and energy all co-operate rather than fighting each other.

Absolutely. We're used to acting as the technical control partner on a project providing design review, configured hardware and on-site commissioning that fits around your existing team and programme.

We work across Newcastle, Northumberland, Durham, Cumbria and the Scottish Borders, with wider coverage of Yorkshire, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and beyond by appointment.

Building and bench-testing panels in the workshop means logic and scenes are proven before delivery. That gives a cleaner install, shorter site time and far fewer surprises during commissioning.

There's no one-size-fits-all answer budgets vary widely with the size and scope of the project. Share your plans and answer a few questions and we can give you a rough indication of price quickly, then refine it as the design develops.

Our design, supply and commissioning service is built to support any competent electrician, so you're free to use your preferred contractor or main contractor's team. We provide the drawings, schedules and technical support they need to install our systems with confidence.

We design on KNX precisely because it's future-proof a tightly regulated open standard with hundreds of participating manufacturers. Where a wired device isn't practical, we use wireless, battery-free EnOcean devices so the system stays clean and low-maintenance.
